Brief Outline of Service	Confidence to Cook is a project which promotes Healthy Eating through practical, hands on experience in a purpose built kitchen. The project can be accessed by all community groups in the Grampian area. In addition to building practical skills they also offer training courses on Food Hygiene, Nutrition and Training for Trainers. Can formulate a 6 week lesson plan for professionals working with clients.
