Details of all selected categories	Advice on Health & Wellbeing. Family Support. Day / Drop in Centre. Counselling. Facilitation into mainstream services. Advocate on clients behalf in some cases. Support families that are not registered with a GP and help them to register with mainstream practices. Support parents in child protection. Provide visitor health checks in numerous locations and can refer clients on to services (eg dentist) when required. Visit homeless accommodation and advise clients on health related matters, as well as a acting as a resource for staff in these units. Offer homeless people advice on how to access food, clothing and shower facilites.
